World Class Service Through Intentional Leadership
Drawing upon their decades of Disney experience, Dan and Valerie Cockerell facilitate the “Method to the Magic” workshop, based on Dan’s book “How’s the Culture in Your Kingdom?" During the two-day workshop, Dan and Valerie will outline the approach to building a great organizational culture that stems from world class leadership and results in customer service excellence. They will share, in detail, how to build a framework that fosters empowerment and employee engagement. Attendees will learn leadership insights and tactics drawn from real life stories from Dan and Valerie's various roles at Disney while discussing successes and failures to better illustrate their points. The live event combines traditional teaching methods with insight-based learning and face-to-face conversations. Tools provided include readings quizzes, case studies, class discussion points, final exams.
